Personal Care
Unlike other clinics, we don’t work on volume. We take the time to get to know you and provide warm, personalized care. At Maternal Resources, you become an extension of our family.
In-House Ultrasounds
No need to book a separate appointment for your ultrasound. At every appointment, we conduct ultrasounds, including an advanced level 2 scan at about 20 weeks, to continuously monitor your baby's well-being.
Integrative Care
Our skilled midwives offer additional personalized care and support. Additionally, we always involve your partner and work to create a customized plan for your overall mental and physical well-being.
Specialization in High-Risk Obstetrics
We specialize in maternal-fetal medicine (MFM). Our doctors have years of experience handling the most complex of pregnancies including vaginal births after cesarean section (VBAC), vaginal breech deliveries, and twin vaginal deliveries.
In-House Advanced Testing

Hello From Our Devoted Midwives
Kristin Mallon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in nursing, midwifery, lactation, and childbirth support to her role at Maternal Resources. With her extensive background as a doula, trained in acupressure, hypnobirthing, and the Bradley method of childbirth, Kristin expertly leads the integrative aspect of our practice. Emphasizing a holistic and personalized approach and working in harmony with our skilled providers, Kristin encourages expectant mothers to benefit from the additional support, reassurance, and anxiety reduction that a midwife or doula can provide during labor.

Amanda Judge, DNP, CNM, WHNP
Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in science and nursing from Plattsburgh State. In pursuit of her goal, to provide evidence- based care to women throughout their lifespan, she earned her dual doctoral degree in midwifery and women’s health from Rutgers University. Prior to becoming a midwife, Amanda worked alongside the Maternal Resource providers as a registered nurse at Hackensack University Medical Center on labor and delivery.
Sonography & Ultrasound Expertise
Dr. Ilan Timor leads the Maternal Resources sonography and ultrasound department. With a career devoted to the development and refinement of ultrasound and sonography techniques, Dr. Timor stands at the forefront of his field. Dr Timor has won numerous prestigious awards and has held many distinguished positions including professor of OB/GYN at NYU School of Medicine. With Dr. Timor leading our sonography and ultrasound department patients can rest assured that they are under the most skilled and caring hands, ensuring a comforting and stress-free journey for every expectant mother.

Our comprehensive prenatal care encompasses every aspect of your pregnancy from conception to birth. With regular evaluations, ultrasounds, and tests, we ensure both you and your baby thrive. For low-risk pregnancies, our team performs monthly checkups until the end of the second trimester, twice a month from weeks 28 to 36, and weekly until delivery.
High-Risk Pregnancy (Maternal Fetal Medicine)
