Dr. Apig Jay Mosses is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with an extensive and distinguished career in women’s health, known for his clinical expertise, compassionate care, and commitment to serving diverse patient populations. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, where he honed his skills in managing complex pregnancies, performing gynecologic surgeries, and delivering comprehensive prenatal care. Following residency, he remained in Staten Island as an attending physician at both RUMC and the Community Health Center of Richmond, expanding access to maternal services in medically underserved communities.

Dr. Mosses then transitioned to Brooklyn, joining NYU Langone Health, where he contributed to both inpatient and outpatient women’s health services. After several years, he took on the role of Ob/Gyn Medical Director at Ezra Medical Center in Borough Park Brooklyn, a community-focused practice where he provided culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population. His time at Ezra was marked by an unwavering dedication to patient advocacy, personalized patient care, and an empathetic bedside manner that made him a deeply trusted figure among his patients and their families.  

Dr. Mosses joined Maternal Resources in 2025 and is proud to work with a team of providers who prioritize exceptional care in obstetrics and gynecology. He is passionate about supporting individuals and families through each phase of their reproductive journey, from preconception counseling to postpartum recovery. Known for integrating evidence-based medicine with a deep respect for patient values and cultural context, Dr. Mosses remains committed to advancing high-quality ob/gyn care across state lines.
