VBACs have a lot of potential benefits and can be encouraged, especially in today’s childbirth settings. There are benefits to both the mother and babe. While VBACs are an option for most women who have had a cesarean delivery, there are some mother’s for whom cesarean is the still best option. Thank God there are two ways to give birth, but for women who desire a vaginal birth after cesarean, VBACing can be a safe option.
